I would recommend both Christine to all of my customers. I feel that all too often in our business when someone goes above and beyond, that we just take it for granted.
Christine helped with one of the most difficult closings I have had in my 18 years in the business. We had a brokered loan coming out of California that couldn't have had more problems with it.
At first we couldn't even get the lender to call us. When they finally did, we only had a little bit of time to prepare papers. The investor
finally emailed documents at 515 pm. The email was almost impossible to download. About 615 they finally got it to print.
By 730 we were closed. The buyers were very calm during a time when most people would be pulling there hair out. I am convinced that Christine's professionalism and dedication to the task helped to steady the customer.
In a troubled closing like this one, buyers look to their agent as a compass. If the agent is of course, the buyers will soon follow. Christine was always calm and in control. She may have been sweating on the inside, but you never would have known it, and neither did the buyers. Their confidence in her made the difference.
I have seen where everyone is blaming everyone else for a failure in the system. Christine was part of the answer not the problem.
Oh, one more thing, It was the last Friday of the month. I challenge any other company to match the service provided.
